Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Marketing and Business Development department at Codora. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth for our software solutions by generating sales leads and expanding our customer base across global markets, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and actively pursue potential clients, new partnership opportunities, and generate sales leads in the software sales domain.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate sales and cultivate relationships with international clients, expanding our customer base across global markets.
• Strive to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, perform competitor analysis, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Represent the company (and generate leads) by attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (both locally and internationally).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales support and promotional materials.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our software solutions, value proposition, and differentiation to enhance conversations.
• Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients and partners.
• Maintain a record of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare monthly status reports for management.
• Maintain a positive work attitude and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, with a strong track record of consistently meeting revenue targets in an individual contributor sales capacity.
• Demonstrated success in generating sales leads globally, closing deals, and driving business growth.
• Proven track record as an experienced Business Development Manager (or in a similar sales role) in the information technology and services industry.
• Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform solution selling is a plus.
• Prior experience in selling through platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and customer engagement is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Urdu.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
