Business Development Manager

Description:

We are looking for an innovative and driven business development officer to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. Candidates with a background in sales who are analytically minded and motivated will do well in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

·       Converting the leads into sales over the phone

·       Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities

·       Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals

·       Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets

·       Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

·       Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, or related field.

·       2-3 years of experience working as a business development or similar role.

·       Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

·       Effective communication skills.
