A Business Development manager maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key clients. The BDM Manager must build trusting relationships with clients and staff and protect the company by maintaining a positive image. A BDM Manager will need to constantly identify opportunities for the company to grow and reach out to potential new clients. You need to be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

What your days will look like;

• You will plan workflow, set KPIs, provide reporting, advise clinically, and coach & mentor teams
• Enjoy a permanent work from home setup
• Provide strategic advice to clients to improve performance outcomes
• Analyse data that will generate positive outcomes using different systems and tools
• Provide adaptable leadership and management to support clients
• Manage client pushback and influence challenging situations
• Setting clear expectations, and KPIs and holding clients accountable to those expectations
• Support in creating processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiencies in service delivery
• Be an integral part of the clinical management team
• Manage process improvements and client experience projects

To be successful in securing this opportunity you will have/have to:

• Convert Marketing Leads to Close leads
• Attend Sales Call
• Process 300aud client deposit before transferring the Lead to the Client Management Team
• Manage Sales and Marketing Team Reporting’s
• Establish Development Programs
