Business Development Leader

 

Description:

We are looking for a 2 dynamic and results-driven Growth / Business Development Managers to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold emailing, lead generation, and appointment setting, along with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold emails, outbound campaigns, and networking
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and appointment setting with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and prepare regular reports on progress
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospects
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven experience with cold email outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive attitude toward closing deals
  • Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
