Description:
We are looking for a 2 dynamic and results-driven Growth / Business Development Managers to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold emailing, lead generation, and appointment setting, along with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold emails, outbound campaigns, and networking
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and appointment setting with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
- Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and prepare regular reports on progress
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospects
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven experience with cold email outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with CRMs and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive attitude toward closing deals
- Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
