Thokmandee, a leading global B2B platform, is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within our Digital Marketing team. If you have a strong background in B2B business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building relationships, this role is for you!
✅ Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
✅ Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion
✅ Lead negotiations and closing deals with potential partners
✅ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance business outreach
✅ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
✅ Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development
✔ Strong expertise in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or B2B platforms is a plus
✔ Ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly
