The ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales strategy and train our sales professionals. The candidate must have many business skills, including strategic planning, project management, and successful negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- A business development lead is responsible for proactively researching and identifying potential business/ sales opportunities.
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Helping in hiring a team and building a strong network of contacts.
- Training the sales team
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends and competitors.
- Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve the company's growth objectives.
- Liaising with the team to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the business's goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Tracking and analyzing the results of business development activities is essential to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make informed decisions.
What we are looking for:
- Qualification: A 4-Year bachelor’s degree is preferable. Preferably in Business Studies / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Public Relations.
- Must have 2-3 years of proven sales track record.
- Strong networking abilities, with an ability to create opportunities and build qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
