Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities for transport and logistic services.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistic delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, and logistics and transportation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
