Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners to expand the company's business reach.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Requirements:
- Continued students or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh to one year of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a US/UK based digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrated interest in business development and sales.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing techniques. e.g. Email marketing, Upwork bidding etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior knowledge or experience in Upwork and/or copywriting is preferred.
