Business Development Intern

As a Business Developer at Ciao Agency, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and driving strategic growth. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, effective communication, and a proactive approach to growing the company's portfolio and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
- Track and report on sales performance and key business metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
