Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage with new potential prospects through methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to build relationships and schedule introductory meetings and service demos.
  • Consistently meet sales targets, maintain an updated client database, and search for qualified business opportunities.
  • Manage data tracking, report generation, and campaign planning activities.
  • Undertake primary research to identify and validate potential prospects.
  • Perform assigned sales administrative tasks diligently.
  • Follow up with leads and progress them through the sales process.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for potential clients.
  • Develop presentations on targets, impact measurements, and goals for the Business Development team for regular reviews with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and cross-functional teams for the improvement of sales flow and revenue generation activities.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets for the month, quarter, and annual bases through an effective sales strategy.
  • Close maximum prospects landed through multiple marketing channels.
  • Design, implement, and conduct continuous product and sales training programs for the sales team.
  • Present actual and flexed work reports for the senior management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual bases or as required by the SMT.
  • Must be able to manage and implement CRM and other sales tools necessary for the smooth operations of the Sales Team.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development in the Healthcare sector, specifically in direct sales to the USA’s B2B market, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)/Medical Billing services.
  • Mandatory experience in medical billing/revenue cycle sales, lead generation (cold calling), and B2B sales. Demonstrated advanced level of prospecting and sales experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with physicians and practice managers.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.\
  • Demonstrated skills in sales, marketing, and project management.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and comfortability with technology and the internet.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency in the creation of business development materials and tools.
