Description:
Sign Pakistan, one of the largest Out-of-Home (OOH) media companies in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue by selling their exclusive OOH inventory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advertising sales, preferably in OOH, and be able to leverage market dominance to close high-value deals with top brands, agencies, and corporations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline to track and meet targets.
Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitive advantages to position Sign Pakistan strategically.
Elite Client Acquisition: Target and onboard FMCG, real estate, automotive, and luxury brands for campaigns in prime OOH locations.
Sales Strategy: Pitch high-value OOH packages, negotiate long-term contracts, and upsell integrated campaigns (OOH + digital retargeting).
Market Leadership: Position Sign Pakistan as the leading provider of premium OOH media assets.
Experience: 2+ years in advertising sales (OOH, media, or ad-tech).
Network: A solid contact book with brands/agencies (or the drive to build one).
ROI Storytelling: Ability to present compelling ROI-driven proposals (e.g., "This DHA billboard reaches 200K+ affluent commuters daily").
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing long-term contracts.
Sell the most coveted OOH assets in Pakistan.
Uncapped Earnings: Competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure.
