Business Development Executive

IdeasUnlimited, a global BPO company, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in sales activities, including lead generation and proposal creation.
✔ Bid on potential projects and campaigns to secure business opportunities.
✔ Manage sales channels to ensure steady business growth.
✔ Develop strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.
✔ Respond to sales inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
✔ Understanding of sales processes (lead generation, bidding, and client negotiations) is a plus.
✔ Knowledge of BPO industry terminologies such as VOIP, Customer Support, Agent, and QA.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player.

Office Requirements (For Remote Work):

✔ Quiet working environment.
✔ Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
