Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing web and app development projects by leveraging online freelance platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of client acquisition, proposal writing, and negotiation techniques tailored to the freelance bidding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
💼 Identify and bid on relevant web and app development projects on Freelancer and Upwork.
💼 Draft high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
💼 Negotiate project terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
💼 Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
💼 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery post-sales.
💼 Stay updated with platform trends and competitor strategies to refine bidding techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in securing projects on Freelancer and Upwork.
✅ Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
✅ Excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities.
✅ Knowledge of web and app development processes to accurately estimate project timelines and costs.

Shift Timings:
🌐 Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🌐 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
