This is a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts in the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa), working directly with decision-makers and industry leaders.

As a Business Development Executive at TAGS, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence across the MENA market, driving revenue, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and engage potential clients across the MENA region through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle, from the initial contact to closing deals, including negotiation and contract finalization.
✅ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging SaaS solutions.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target companies.
✅ Adopt a consultative selling approach — understand client pain points, challenges, and goals, and propose tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value and ROI.
✅ Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and report sales metrics regularly to leadership.
✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies and leverage cross-functional support to enhance the sales process.


What We’re Looking For:
🔹 1.5 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with preference for candidates from the SaaS industry.
🔹 Strong understanding of the MENA market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
🔹 Proven track record of closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
🔹 Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly understand and confidently sell complex SaaS solutions.
🔹 Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
🔹 Self-starter with a proactive attitude, a target-driven mindset, and a hunger for success.
🔹 Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport and leverage professional connections to open doors.
