We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to drive sales and expand our client base across Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Calling, and Cold Email Outreach. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals in the IT industry, we want to hear from you!

 

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Generate and convert leads through Upwork proposals, LinkedIn networking, cold emails, and cold calls

✔️ Build and nurture long-term client relationships to maximize sales opportunities

✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve monthly targets

✔️ Identify new business opportunities and market trends in software services & IT solutions

✔️ Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools

✔️ Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach and engagement strategies

 

📌 Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or freelancing platforms like Upwork & Fiverr

✔️ Strong expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, cold emailing, and cold calling

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation, and sales funnels

✔️ Ability to craft compelling proposals & outreach messages

✔️ Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets
