Business Development Executive

Xpert Prime is actively hiring a Business Development Executive (Night Shift) to join our growing team in Lahore (Johar Town). This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client acquisition in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Execute Email Marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
✅ Conduct Data Surfing to identify potential clients and build comprehensive prospect lists.
✅ Manage and enhance the company's Upwork Agency Profile, ensuring consistent bidding, proposal submission, and follow-ups.
✅ Develop and nurture strong relationships with international clients through effective communication and negotiation.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with service offerings.
✅ Track and report lead generation progress and conversion rates regularly.

Qualification:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Skills Required:
✔ Proven experience in Email Marketing and Data Surfing.
✔ Expertise in Upwork Agency Management including bidding and client interaction.
✔ Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
✔ Understanding of technical stacks and IT services is a plus.
✔ Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM).

🕒 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
