Business Development Executive

 

Description:

Microdata Technologies is actively seeking a Business Development Executive with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in driving sales through LinkedIn Sales, Sales Navigator, and leading freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. This is a full-time onsite role based at our office in DHA Phase 6, Raya Golf Country Club, Lahore.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, acquiring new clients, and expanding our IT services portfolio. The role requires a deep understanding of IT sales, SaaS solutions, and software development services.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation processes is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales & Sales Navigator to generate leads and acquire clients.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to IT services, SaaS products, and software development solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales techniques and relationship-building strategies.

Requirements:
✔️ 2 to 3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn Sales & Sales Navigator.
✔️ Expertise in lead generation and client acquisition through freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
✔️ Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, and software development sales.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
✔️ Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
✔️ Immediate availability to join.
