PegaSync is hiring a Business Development Executive (Upwork Expert - Female) to join our team in Karachi. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with expertise in Upwork lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and generate leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
✔ Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business opportunities.
✔ Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
✔ Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
✔ Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to achieve business goals.
✔ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales & business development.
Expertise in Upwork lead generation and client acquisition.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✅ A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Ability to work night shifts.
✅ Experience in the tech/IT industry is a plus!

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
