Webbuggs, a fast-growing tech company specializing in web and mobile solutions, is looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of Vue.js and Java stack. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Business Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

📢 Sales & Client Engagement

  • Effectively pitch Vue.js & Java-based solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present proposals, sales pitches, and business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

📊 Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide strategic input to enhance business development initiatives.

Requirements:

✅ 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in IT/software).
✅ Basic understanding of Vue.js & Java technologies to communicate solutions effectively.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
✅ Technical background is an added advantage.
