The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Pursue New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out new prospects and markets to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Presentation & Promotion: Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work with the team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend events and conferences to build connections and promote the company.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous business development or sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and CRM software.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Urdu.
