Business Development Executive

Description:

Sohotech Services, a leading Medical Billing company, is expanding its team and looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive. This role requires strong expertise in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the medical billing or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth.

This is an onsite role based in Lahore, with night shift timings (6 PM - 3 AM EST) to align with US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical billing sector
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and decision-makers
✅ Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
✅ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
✅ Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
✅ Stay updated on the latest healthcare regulations, billing practices, and industry advancements

Who We Are Looking For:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations in the medical billing or healthcare industry
✔ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales
✔ Knowledge of US healthcare systems, medical billing procedures, and revenue cycle management is a plus
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
✔ Must be comfortable working in US time zone (6 PM - 3 AM EST)
