For one of our Client in the UAE, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote Business and Management Advisory, Back-Office Support, and Staff Outsourcing Services to businesses in the Middle East, with a key focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in UAE and Saudi Arabia, across diverse industries requiring business and management advisory, back-office, or staff outsourcing services.
- Actively generate leads through networking, research, and outreach campaigns.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our services in the Middle East market.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Middle East.
- Provide valuable insights to management to adapt and enhance service offerings.
- Coordinate with advisory, back-office, and outsourcing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Act as a key communicator between the client and internal teams to address any concerns or queries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advisory, finance, or outsourcing services.
- Good experience in using Sales Navigator and related platforms.
- Prior experience in the Middle East market (UAE & Saudi Arabia) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environments in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial and technology-related services is an advantage.
