Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and areas for growth.
- Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and social media.
Client Outreach:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Generate and qualify leads using various techniques, including freelance platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and achieve company targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve products or services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven success in business development with experience in QA lead generation is a plus.Platforms & Tools: Hands-on experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)Knowledge of Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and running cold outreach and marketing campaigns is a must. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
