DRC, a leading recruitment firm specializing in the IT sector, is looking to hire a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive for their IT division. This full-time, onsite position is based in Lahore and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing field.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for DRC’s IT division. Your role will primarily involve identifying new business opportunities on an international scale, reaching out to potential clients, and delivering customized IT services that meet their specific needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and tailor IT solutions that address those challenges effectively.
Your ability to deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive sales pitches and proposals will be key in securing new business and expanding DRC’s client base. Staying ahead of industry trends and technologies will help you offer the most innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's overall growth and success.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably with exposure to the IT sector. A solid understanding of IT services and technologies is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Strong presentation skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset are crucial, along with the ability to collaborate within a team. While a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Marketing is preferred, experience and drive are key factors in this role.
