Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying new clients for our existing software solutions and exploring opportunities for new custom software requirements. This role demands expertise in software sales, client relationship management, and a thorough understanding of the software development industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

 

Identify and approach potential clients for existing software solutions, with a focus on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and other enterprise software.

Conduct market research to identify new industries and sectors for business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

 

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing:

 

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Market Development:

 

Explore client needs and identify opportunities to customize or develop new software solutions.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Reporting & Analysis:

 

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.

Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on software solutions, SaaS, or IT services.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of software solutions, MDM, and IT ecosystems.

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, ERP systems, and mobile application development is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:

Knowledge of the local and international software market trends.

Experience working with software development teams.

Existing network of corporate clients or businesses is a plus.
