Business Development Executive

Description:

Z2C is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage and enhance relationships with merchants. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily queries, resolving issues, and supporting merchants with chargebacks, transactions, and payment gateway integrations. You will also be tasked with identifying potential clients, presenting the company's offerings, and driving new business. Additionally, you will be required to maintain merchant profiles, track merchant discount rates (MDR), and conduct daily payment reconciliations.

The role also involves upselling additional features and services to existing merchants, improving merchant satisfaction through feedback management, and providing regular updates and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily queries and requests from merchants, ensuring prompt resolution
• Notify merchants about chargebacks and holding transactions, providing necessary updates and support
• Regularly call merchants to gather feedback and address issues
• Onboard new merchants by collecting documents, ensuring compliance, and supporting payment gateway integrations
• Identify and contact potential clients, presenting the company's offerings to drive new business
• Maintain merchant profiles and update records in CRM
• Track and update merchant discount rates (MDR)
• Conduct daily payment reconciliations and ensure accuracy
• Provide regular updates and reports on merchant activities and outreach efforts
• Enhance merchant satisfaction through improved processes and feedback management
• Upsell additional features and services to existing merchants

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
