Job Responsibilities:
1. Upwork Account Management and Bidding
- Manage Upwork accounts efficiently.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids to secure projects.
2. Project Management
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure successful project execution.
3. Up-Selling
- Identify and present opportunities for additional services to existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance business growth.
4. Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client concerns and provide timely updates.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in Upwork account management.
