Business Development Executive

14A - Digital Solutions is seeking a passionate and proactive Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving the growth of our creative services. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working both remotely and from our office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing proposals and strategies.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.

Assist in preparing pitches, presentations, and contracts.

Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in a marketing agency is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and presentations.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
