Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business operations in the IT and non-IT sectors, focusing on BPO services, client acquisition, and partnerships. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of business process outsourcing, remote staffing, and training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

· Identify and approach potential clients in target markets, including the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses to promote IT development services and BPO offerings.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services:

· Promote and sell outsourcing solutions for IT and non-IT employees, emphasizing cost efficiency and profit enhancement for clients.

· Present the value of remote staffing and employee bundles to reduce operational costs for businesses.

Training and Job Placement Services:

· Collaborate with clients to identify skill gaps and propose IT and non-IT training programs for their workforce.

· Offer job placement services and connect clients with skilled professionals.

Market Research & Strategy:

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities.

· Develop strategic plans to target industries and regions, including the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia.

Collaboration & Partnerships:

· Partner with local and international firms to establish training setups and joint ventures.

· Foster collaborations to expand the company’s training and staffing services in diverse locations.

Client Hunting:

· Actively hunt for new clients through online platforms, networking events, and cold outreach.

· Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

Reporting & Analysis:

· Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.

· Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement in business development strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:

· Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

· Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably in the BPO or IT sector.

Skills:

· Strong understanding of BPO, IT services, remote staffing, and training solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet targets.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and business development platforms.
