Description:
Kinectro is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing global business opportunities and software development projects. This role demands a deep understanding of the software industry, strong communication skills, and experience in driving business growth through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other global sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Utilize advanced data scraping techniques to compile lists of targeted leads. Identify potential clients and opportunities for software development projects globally through LinkedIn connections, professional networks, market research, and outbound efforts on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other sales platforms used in the software industry.
• Market Analysis: Harness tools such as Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Crunchbase for pinpointing prospective clients.
• Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies using different platforms to engage potential clients, build trust, and secure software development projects. Tailor approaches to each platform to maximize outreach and project acquisition.
• Client Relationship Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on expanding our client base across various regions.
• Social Selling & Networking:
Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to expand contacts, create opportunities for collaborations, and engage in social selling to develop a robust pipeline of global projects.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, development, and project management) to ensure alignment on client expectations and project delivery.
• Proposal Creation & Negotiation:
Create compelling proposals for potential clients, handle negotiations, and close deals to secure software projects.
• Market Trends & Analysis:
Harness tools such as Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Crunchbase for pinpointing prospective clients. Stay updated with global market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, document client interactions, and maintain other sales related documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven minimum 1 to 3 year experience in sales or business development within the software or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and technology solutions.
• Expertise in using Sales Navigator, Clutch, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools for lead generation and networking.
• Should have experience in B2B tech sales
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing international clients and global projects using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• Experience in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation, social selling, and professional networking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tracking systems.
• A network of industry contacts and proven ability to expand business globally.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
