What You'll Do

  • Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn networking
  • Create and manage winning proposals on Upwork
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Conduct market research for new opportunities
  • Prepare tailored presentations and proposals
  • Track and report on lead generation activities
  • Stay current with industry trends
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution presentation

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Upwork platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Understanding of the IT industry and technical solutions
  • Familiarity with ODOO is a plus
