Responsibilities:
1) Identify and acquire new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2) Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

4) Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
5) Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
6) Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communication.
Requirements:
1) 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
2) Strong expertise in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation.
3) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4) Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
5) Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
