Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into viable opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize a structured sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

2. Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities and trends in recruitment agency services, offshore recruitment, and EOR solutions.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies aligned with market demands and company objectives.

3. Performance Targets:

  • Achieve the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
  • Number of meetings held: Regularly schedule and conduct meetings with prospects.
  • Contracts signed: Convert leads into signed agreements with new clients.
  • Number of jobs acquired: Secure job requisitions from clients.
  • First interviews arranged: Facilitate first-round interviews for candidates.
  • Placements made: Successfully place candidates in client roles.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of mandatory experience in business development or sales specifically within recruitment agency services, offshore recruitment, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales pipelines and achieving measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment agency operations, offshore hiring, and EOR compliance and cross-border employment solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
