· Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1+ year of experience on Upwork, specifically in 2D animation, graphics and web projects.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Professional proficiency in English.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
