Description:
Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote our products and services.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
-Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
-Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
-Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
-Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
-Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
-Should have an interest in sales and business development, a driven and competitive mindset is key.
-Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism, patience, and confidence.
