We are seeking a motivated and results-driven e-book Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling eBooks through various digital platforms, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the digital publishing industry, and a passion for eBooks and online sales.

 

Job Description:

  • Promote and sell eBooks to individual customers, institutions, and bookstores through online channels.
  • Identify and engage potential customers using social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and target audience to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Track sales performance and report on key metrics, including conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall sales growth.
  • Assist customers with navigating eBook platforms, downloading purchases, and troubleshooting any technical problems.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with eBook formats, digital rights management (DRM), and content distribution platforms (e.g., Amazon Kindle, Google Play Books).
  • Experience in eBook sales, digital publishing, or online content distribution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital products or the publishing industry
