Description:
We are seeking Senior Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding and securing projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. You will play a key role in driving our business growth by leveraging your persuasive communication skills to win contracts and build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends to position us as a leader in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- UI/UX & Graphic Design knowledge is plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Prior success in winning projects and meeting targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
