Description:

Crowdception Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Actively search for potential clients and projects on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
  • Build Relationships: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively present our services.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare and submit persuasive proposals that address client needs and showcase our expertise.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.

 

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven 2-3 years experience in business development, sales and marketing.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong enthusiasm for contributing to the company’s growth and success.
