Business Development Executive

Description:

ConnectX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal incumbent will bring a proven track record in business development, sales, and possess exceptional networking and negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of BPO business.

C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cold Calling & Closing:
• Responsible for cold calling, cold emailing and follow ups.
• Arranging meetings for our clients.
• Client Relationship Building:
• Forge strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs and challenges.
• Communicate effectively and build rapport, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Strategic Sales Execution:
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, optimizing pipeline generation and conversion.
• Participate in team discussions and provide valuable insights to drive overall sales effectiveness.
• Market Awareness & Growth:
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, identifying new market opportunities.
• Proactively suggest innovative approaches and solutions to fuel sustainable growth.
• Data & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and providing valuable data for informed decision-making.

D. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

· At least 1 years of experience in business development or sales.

· BPO experience with UK based clients will be a plus.
