The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and maintain strong ties with existing clients. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.

 

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 & 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲:

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.

 

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and promotional activities.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to improve performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs, product improvements, and market trends.
