We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create business opportunities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Develop and submit compelling proposals and bids to secure projects.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
- Create and manage email lists, ensuring they are segmented effectively to reach the right audience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
