TCL Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for Pakistan Operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business, forging partnerships, and driving growth opportunities in the study abroad consultancy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies to promote study abroad programs and services.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to showcase the consultancy's offerings to potential clients and students.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships with educational organizations, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, market trends, and achieved milestones.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective implementation of business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed business targets and objectives.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
