  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Submit compelling proposals on Upwork, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and showcase our strengths.
  • Strategize and implement business growth techniques, focusing on increasing our reach and visibility on Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are feasible and aligned with our capabilities.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management about marketplace trends, challenges, and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:
