Responsibilities:

1- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field to increase the company's client base and revenue.

2- Leverage platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn to find and connect with potential clients.

3- Craft compelling proposals and bid on projects that align with the company's expertise and service offerings.

4- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.

5- Apply knowledge of staff augmentation to effectively meet clients' needs for temporary, flexible staffing solutions.

6- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring possibilities for up-selling or cross-selling.

7- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market insights to inform business strategies.

8- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

9- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT sector.

3- Demonstrated experience in using platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn for business growth.

4- Proven track record in staff augmentation.

5- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its evolving trends.
