Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit to the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
