We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our corporate sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Pitching to Prospects: Developing and putting into practice successful pitching techniques is essential to attracting potential customers and demonstrating the worth of our products.
- Identify New B2B Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the corporate sector. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Leverage LinkedIn Expertise: Utilize LinkedIn to its fullest potential for networking, lead generation, and relationship building. Maintain a high level of activity and engagement on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in B2B and B2C .
