This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication. The role is located in Lahore, with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
