Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales channels.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and match them with our coworking solutions.
• Deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our coworking spaces.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position our coworking spaces effectively.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role with a strong emphasis on closing deals, preferably in real estate, coworking spaces, or a related B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
