MovingStone Digital is seeking a skilled and professional "Business Development Executive" to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. You will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving revenue targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1-Market Research:

Identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions for growth strategies.

 

2-Lead Generation:

Utilize cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads. Prioritize leads based on potential value.

 

3-Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

 

4-Proposal Development:

Collaborate internally to create tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches. Negotiate terms for new business opportunities.

 

5-Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute plans to enter new markets, expand the client base, and boost revenue. Identify growth areas and capitalize on opportunities.

 

6-Collaboration:

Work with various teams to align business development efforts with company objectives. Provide input on product and marketing strategies.

 

7-Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on key metrics like sales pipeline and revenue targets. Analyze data for trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other similar platforms is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required to accommodate client needs and business priorities.
