Description:
We are looking for an experienced International Sales Executive to manage and expand our car export operations in the Caribbean region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive market. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with customers and partners in the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase car exports to the Caribbean region.
- Identify and target potential clients, including car dealerships, rental companies, and other automotive businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Caribbean market.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months proven experience in used car export industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Caribbean automotive market and export regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
